Pastor Talbert is a 30-plus-year veteran in urban youth development. After 20 years in the corporate world, Pastor T. transitioned into the faith community globally to serve young people in the African diaspora. He has approached the field of youth development with innovative program concepts like Be-Moor Radio Streaming and Institute.
Jessica Bowie is a devoted wife with two children and enjoys helping the next generation find their voice through broadcasting and journalism. She joined the Be-Moor team in 2017 as an intern.

Kyrah Ross joined the Be-Moor family in 2021. She is passionate about promoting a love for learning and creativity and aims to inspire others to pursue their passions.
Moise Moket joined our staff after graduating from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. He was born in Uganda and is passionate about the African diaspora and urban youth development. He is a social worker.
Ramaul Jones joined our team in 2023 and is the lead host for the podcast Voices. He is a manager at a large retail store in the area and is passionate about marketing and sales. He leads our marketing activities which includes our special events and social media presence.
Gabriel Forrest is Mr. Personality. He joined our team in the 12th grade as a student at Cass Technical High School. He joined our team as a facilitator and technical trainer. He also has served as the host of Detroit 120. After taking a year off to handle family related issues, Gabriel is returning to the team as both an on air personality and training facilatator.
Kamari Carter has served with Be-Moor Radio for three years as intern. In 2024, he joined our leadership team. He is an incredible writer and is very open about his struggle with Autism.
Boi is a hip-hop artist and a citizen of Botswana. He joined us in 2016 and was among the founding students who helped launch Be-Moor Radio. Mr. Molefhi is instrumental in our global outreach and is the driving force for us to build collaborations with young people within the diaspora and NGO's around the continent. Boi is currently pursuing a PHd at the University of Toledo. hhHe is a nationally sought after speaker on hip-hop and its global impact.
Jonathan served as the General Manager of Be-Moor Radio 2020-22 and was one of the hosts of Keeping it Real, a sports podcast. As our General Manager, Be-Moor Radio grew the Institute to over 50 students annually. Today he is the Digital Producer for the NBC affiliate in Jacksonville FL.
Nigil joined us in 2016 as one of the founding members of Be-Moor Radio. He was the host of Detroit 120 for three years. He holds a BFA from Wayne State University and is an outstanding actor living in Los Angles.
